The primary mission of Arrows and Shields is to enable all young people to reach their full potential as disciplined, productive, caring, responsible citizens. We will promote the health, well being, and development of young people through innovative programs and services; we will provide training, technical assistance and resource materials and address social, educational, vocational, and economic issues affecting young people.

Arrows and shields will introduce work ethic, discipline, and personal responsibility into the lives of our local youth in need. We will facilitate community service programs that teach community pride and teamwork. We also walk each young person through learning leadership skills that will boost their confidence, motivation, and ambition.

We are taking on an enormous task and pray for success. We believe our children's future depends on it.
